What are Dryftwear boards made from?
Our collection uses edge-glued rubberwood with a natural wood tone and a mineral-oil conditioned surface. Each product page gives its dimensions and features. Wood grain naturally varies.
Which size should I choose?
Choose a small board for herbs and little prep jobs, a medium or thick board for everyday preparation, or a longer serving board for sharing. Dimensions appear in centimeters and inches on every product page. Paddle dimensions include the handle; the usable face length is listed separately.
How do I care for my board?
Hand wash, dry promptly, and never soak or use a dishwasher. Recondition with food-contact mineral oil when dry. Follow the additional care instructions on your product page.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days from the start of the processing window; not a delivery guarantee. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. boxes are excluded.
When does order processing begin?
Order cutoff: 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round with no daylight-saving adjustment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before cutoff enter the processing window that business day; orders placed at or after cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays enter it the next business day.
What is your return policy?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt by contacting [email protected] with your order number and reason. Ordinary returns must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Obtain authorization before returning an item to our address in France.
Who pays for return shipping?
You pay return postage to France for a change-of-mind return. We cover it for our error, damage, defects, or an incorrect item. There is no restocking fee. The ordinary unused and packaging requirements do not prevent a damage, defect, or wrong-item claim.
When will an approved refund be processed?
Returned items are inspected before approval. Once approved, refunds go automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Payment-provider posting time may vary.
What currency and tax will I see?
Prices are in USD. Checkout displays tax of $0. This is not a statement that products are legally tax-exempt. Review the full total before authorizing a payment.
